About Chance
Chance is an adorable puppy with blue ears and a black spot right on the top of his tail. He's getting used to sleeping in a crate and has been happy hanging out in a large pen with puppy safe toys when humans aren't around. His favourite toys are not really toys – a wooden spoon, a two litre milk bottle (cap and ring removed) and the plastic tray from a meat packet.
He's the first one to investigate new places or things and is quite confident in trying new experiences.
He's mastered going up and down stairs, is comfortable wearing a harness, likes to dig holes and chew sticks and is learning to sit on the mat and wait for treats.
He gets a bit impatient if the service is slow and will bark briefly to remind you that he is waiting. He's quick to learn and likes to figure things out – he's enjoying food dispensing toys and puzzles. He's smart and would love a home where he would get the physical and mental enrichment he needs to thrive. He's an active boy and would be a great agility or nosework dog – if you are interested in doing dog sports, this guy will shine. He's been fine with older, bigger, female dogs and is learning to listen to their cues. PLEASE NOTE: This pet is located in Lota.
