Stella

*stella is currently trialling her new home* stella the star has one pretty blue eye!!! she and her sister, suki (who is now trialling her new home), were dumped at our local pound but they’re both now safe with sarg and waiting patiently for their forever homes to come along. Stella is a healthy, happy normal pup who enjoys cuddles and attention especially when she's allowed up on her carers couch at night. She’s a little bit smaller than her sister and her body is all white except for a black ring around the base of her tail. Stella gets on well with her carers other dogs and she’ll benefit from ongoing socialisation as she gets older. Both pups are quiet, gentle and a little shy when you first meet them though their confidence is growing every day. They are lovely with their carers children as they’re not “in your face” type pups so no chance of scaring little ones or bowling them over. While in care the pups will learn the basics such as “sit” and “down” as well as how to walk on a lead. Being coolie crosses stella and suki are very intelligent and really respond to food rewards so they should be quite easily trained. As stella is still a puppy she will require ongoing obedience training so she grows up to have lovely manners. Daily walks, secure fencing and toys to keep her stimulated are also a necessity so she doesn’t get bored. Stella would be best suited to an indoor / outdoor lifestyle with either a doggie companion to learn from or on her own if she won’t be left alone for long periods of time especially while she’s a pup.
