About Bella
***BELLA HAS BEEN ADOPTED AND HAPPY IN HER NEW HOME***
THANK YOU FOR ALL THE ENQUIRIES.
The Rural Rescues Team.
Bella is a gorgeous girl who was surrendered by her previous owner (as she was given to him by a family member).
She has been with Rural Rescues for a few months and we feel she is now ready for her new home.
Bella loves to go in the car and sits quietly in the back!
Bella doesn’t jump up, is curious and a gentle dog. She is super smart and listens to commands.... and always loves a pat and a cuddle.
Bella walks well on a lead, has excellent recall and loves to run alongside one of her carer’s when jogging ( she makes a good shadow) and has started to play with a ball. She has good manners and takes treats gently, and only barks to let you know there is someone around.
She is a medium sized dog and is a Border Collie X (not sure what with and we would only be guessing) and is only two years old. She seems to be a quick learner too!
Although great with other dogs when she gets to know them - a careful introduction is needed as she can be dominant. She would not be suited to a home with cats as she thinks they are fun to chase.
Walking along the wetlands she doesn't seem interested in the wildlife around her nor the ducks that walk across her path.
She seems quite adaptable and although a little uncertain in new situations she responds well.
Bella is in a rural area and is a happy dog with a loving nature.
Please note: A meet and greet with a potential adopter is essential and Bella will not be adopted without this.
Please contact Karen for more information.
Medical notes
Bella is in good health.
