About Junie
Junie came into care at 5 weeks old. She is now 10 weeks and has proved to be a super confident and very smart puppy.
Junie currently weighs nearly 12 kilos, so it is anticipated that she will be a large dog.
Junie in her time in care has been very receptive to training. She sleeps in a crate at night (sometimes needing a toilet break).
She has Also mastered sit and shake and is very good at down.
Junie is currently working on meal time manners and this is coming along very well!
Junie can still have accidents in the house during the day if she is not taken out regularly for breaks. This is very normal for such a young pup.
She would be best suited in a home that will continue to challenge her with training and also provide her with enrichment.
Junie will consider being an only pet. But if she was to have a furry sibling, she has been introduced to ferrets, cats, and other dogs. (Noting that her best placement if with another dog would be with a male dog).
Junie has been in a diet consisting of mostly fresh food - and she prefers this over kibble. (Good girl! 😄👌🏼).
If you are interested in putting in an EOI for Junie, please find our EOI form below in adoption details.
Medical notes
Junie will be desexed closer to 6 months. This will be covered in her adoption fee.
