About Banjo
Banjo belonged to a lovely lady who adored him very much, and they were best friends. Then his lady had to go into care and couldn't take her beloved Banjo with her. She reluctantly surrendered him, and he came into care with Cat People of Melbourne via the pound (where he really didn't cope with all the noise).
Banjo is a sweet and loving cat, who's favourite thing in the world is cuddle with you. The minute you lie down for a read or snooze on the couch or in bed, he hops up with you to make sure your nap time is extra special with his cuddles and purrs.
Banjo would be an ideal one on one therapy cat for someone who is unable to get out much and wants a loving feline companion. He's there for you all the time with his gentle loving manner. Banjo is shy with people he doesn't know, but comes out of his shell very quickly. Banjo also enjoys spending time with gentle children who don't make loud noises, and loves a pat and cuddle with them too. Banjo is getting used to his current foster carers little dog and plays with their resident cat (who normally hates other cats!).
If your idea of a great life is being a homebody, then Banjo is the ideal cat for you. Don't wait, come and meet him ... you won't regret it.
Banjo is a healthy cat who has been wormed, flea treated, vaccinated, desexed and microchipped (microchip #991003000003924, source #EE101165). He is available for adoption right now!
