About Frankie
Hi, my name is Frankie, I am hoping to find my new home.
I am a Boston Terrier and 1/8 French Bulldog - I am just over 1 year
I'm a whole lot of cuteness with a whole lot of love to give and I am ready for my own family!
I am a very sweet and loving dog who likes all humans that I have met so far. I really like swimming in water (a paddle pool is one of my favourite things to play in), I love playing with toys and tug-of-war, but I am also happy in your arms having a cuddle. But seriously I looooove water play!
I have a high energy level that my foster mum says is sometimes exhausting to watch – but a play outside really does help
Paw Prints Canine Rescue brought me into care cause I was not getting along with my fur brother – I can be jealous if another dog is getting the attention or touching one of my toys – but then my foster mum has a dog of their own (he’s really chilled) and I growled and carried on when I first meet him – he was just like dude chill.
So I did chill a bit (my meds help) and now we have supervised play dates and swim in the pool together – I do forget my manners and get upset when he touches one of my toys but I’m trying to work on it.
Paw Prints think it will be better to be a single dog with a family who I can hang with – kids would be great and someone who is happy to play tug-of-war with me.
I am toilet trained and I am crate trained, and I am used to sleeping in my crate – I usually go to be about 8.30pm to get my beauty sleep
If you're interested in adopting me, please email for an adoption application.
Medical notes
Frankie is currently on Lovan for anxiety - this is a on going medication that she will need.

Complete the following adoption enquiry link

Once an adoption enquiry is completed our admin team will assess the application and if successful we will arrange for a meet and greet to be completed. We may also request photos of your yard for consideration of your application. Please note that we will do no more than 3 meet and greets per dog.
If applying to adopt one of our furbabies over the age of 6 months we recommend that you bring to the meet and greet any of your furbabies to see how they interact.
Our adoption fee must be cleared in our bank account before any animal is available for pick up. Please note we bank with ANZ - any other bank may take 48 hours to process the monies.
Paw Prints Canine Rescue has a 2 week trial period – this basically means that if for any reason the adoption does not work out and the dog needs to be returned to us, the adoption fee minus an admin fee (minimum is $100) will be returned to the adoptees via bank transfer within 7 working days.
Please note that if an interstate adoption needs to be returned or regional adoption all transport cost with be paid by the adopter.
Please also note while this can be a very exciting time for everyone, it can also be an overwhelming time for dogs and we ask that you do try and allow your new family member to settle in their new home and adjust
INTERSTATE ADOPTIONS **
Any transport costs are to be paid by the adopting family, however we can assist you in helping with transport to airports etc.
** Please note some of our dogs are not available for interstate adoption
AFTER THE TRIAL PERIOD
After the 2 week trial period is completed Paw Prints Canine will send out all relevant paperwork for your new furbaby.
