Yes Tigger does look a little funny, but he is still beautiful.
Tigger was born with eyelid agenesis (a condition where his eyelids didn’t form properly) and despite being one of the lucky ones who doesn’t need surgery to correct it, it has meant that he has been overlooked time and time again for adoption.

Tigger is all the good stuff: softy, squishy, cuddly and fantastic with people (big and small). If you can look past the funny eyes you will see how beautiful Tigger really is.
