Lexi is a loving cheeky little girl, she loves cuddles, pats, kisses and outside play. She is super affectionate, really enjoys human interaction and is showing early signs of high intellect and responsiveness to training. Being a Kelpie x Jack Russell, they are naturally very clever and show fascinating traits such as 'rounding up' our 10-year-old Maltese cross. She enjoys chewing on a tasty pigs ear, loves licking ice cubes or various toys even eats yukky flies. Lexi has a beautiful kelpie coat, she is house trained and sleeps all night. She only barks if she wants to warn you. She loves jumping in our bed in the mornings, getting warm under the covers or cuddling on the couch of an evening.

Lexi spends plenty of her time playing and finds ways to entertain herself (toys, chasing games and jumping). She loves everyone, is very friendly and follows you around the house. She displays many traits of a Kelpie, digs to hide her bone, zooms around the yard and is very adventurous. Lexi’s foster family consists of a female Maltese X (aged 11), male cat, two children (aged 5 & 10) and two adults. She has shown playful cheeky affection to all of us equally and is happy to sit or follow us around curiously. She has been sleeping inside by evening, plays by day inside or outside.

Lexi's ideal home would either be with a family who's keen on spending plenty of activity time day to day, walks and toys. She is quite petite, may not grow much more, she is quite active and would love to play with someone whom has energy or have a small male canine playmate. Lexi will need to attend puppy school and will thrive with an active home environment. She has displayed beautiful manners and will appreciate love and affection.
