Hi I'm Tuna. I originally came into care as a 14 week kitten old when I was trapped along with many other kittens and cats living in a local colony. In December during a severe heat wave Rescue Me Whiskers & Paws were contacted by another rescue who were trapping colony cats. They had trapped me and were going to TNR me, but when the vet anaesthetised me they discovered I was microchipped. I had been adopted to my supposed forever home over a year ago, but they had sadly dumped me. So this time I am looking for my true forever home! I am initially shy and reserved. But I'm an extremely sweet and smoochy boy who just requires some time, patience and understanding to settle into a new environment. Then you will see my true personality blossom. I do love special treats and cuddles. I also love the company of other cats. I love to snuggle up on the couch or bed with you. I happily live in foster care with other cats/kittens, dogs and my big and little foster carers. I am an incredibly loving boy who just loves to be with you once I trust you. I love to lay on your lap and have rubs. Or if you're busy I'm happy to follow you around the house supervising what your doing. I am an INDOORS ONLY cat (please be careful with doorways and windows or I may try to follow), but I love it best inside because I feel safe and love being near my family.
