About Buddy
Buddy is a typical happy-go-lucky puppy with a sweet temperament! We think he is a Boxer and Staffy Cross. He is turning one year old very soon.
This young man has had a rough start to life as he was born with a hip problem but this has been treated so he is now ready for a loving home.
Buddy is active and happy, his hind leg is bit wonky but you wouldn't know from the way he runs around. Julie, his foster mum brags that he is very smart and it would be a great adventure to train this brilliant boy and for that he will love you forever. He is very well behaved and responds beautifully to training. He is house trained and uses a doggy door.
Buddy will never win any marathons but he does require a home where his new family allow him moderate exercise to keep him fit and continue to strengthen muscles. Buddy does currently live with an older and smaller doggy foster sister who he just loves.
We prefer a home with no tiny children but Buddy does adore older kids and is very good with them.
If you require more information, please contact Julie.
Medical notes
Buddy had a hip/leg abnormality from birth. He has had surgeries and is now pain free and moving very much better, but does need a special home where his back legs won't be put under strain.
