About Tara
Sure to seal her place in your heart from the first kiss she give you.....Please meet Tara, the world's most affectionate Greyhound! Born on 4th February, 2018, Tara is looking forward to finding her forever family.
Tara is an absolute delight. She is a super affectionate gal who is happy following you around until the next cuddle time! She has a friendly attitude towards just about everything and her lovable nature will be forever endearing. But don't count this girl out too soon - she is also always ready for a game when you feel like playing.
She enjoys being out for a walk, and has very nice lead manners. Being a Greyhound, Tara will only require a daily walk as her favourite past time (other than kisses and cuddles) is to sleep!
Tara enjoys the company of calmer dogs and as she shows no interest in cats or pocket pets, with a proper introduction could be rehomed with cats or pocket pets in residence.
She shows no signs of food aggression or seperation anxiety and although she does not seem to be bothered by loud noises, we would recommend she be allowed inside during thunder storms and fireworks where she knows she is safe. No need to worry about accidents inside the home as Tara is house trained.
Tara is a such a happy and affectionate gal and an absolute delight and would make a super loyal companion for the right family. She is a stunning lady who would love to be in a home where she is included as a member of the family and is involved in the day to day activities. Tara will thrive in an environment that guides her with positive direction and lots of love and attention.
This incredibly beautiful young lady will make a loyal companion and wonderful addition to a lucky family.
Tara's adoption fee is $450 and includes her desexing, lifetime registration and 3 x training lessons with thanks to Wyong Dog Training. Tara is also regularly treated for flea and worms and is up to date with her vaccinations.
To enquire more or to meet Tara, please drop in to the facility or call 02 43044350 or email gosfordpound@gmail.com and speak to one of our friendly staff.
Tara is looking forward to meeting you.

Adoption details
If you are interested in adopting one of our animals, please fill out our Expression of Interest Form here:
https://form.jotform.co/92231142675857
This questionnaire is confidential and does not oblige you to adopt, or guarantee you the animal. The information you provide helps the facility to achieve the best match between the dog or cat and their new home.
Alternatively, you are welcome to phone or email us to find out more information on our animals. You will be asked to fill in a questionnaire.
Once the questionnaire and any questions you may have are approved and answered, its time to meet your potential new furbaby. This meet will be conducted at the facility unless prior arrangements are made by management.
After the meet and greet, a yard check will be completed at your home to ensure that your home and yard is suitable for the kind of pet you are interested in.
The final step (pending agreement by both parties) is the payment of the adoption fee and filling in of associated paperwork for your new furbaby.
Congratulations, you have now saved a life!
