About Thomas
Gorgeous Thomas is a 13 week old mixed breed pooch who has found himself in Wallys Dog Rescue care along with his sister Amber.
Thomas is a very loving pup who is full of puppy energy and loves going for walks. He is great with all the other dogs in care with him and loves to play with them. He also loves his toys.
Thomas has been loved and adored by his foster mum and also spoilt, as just after he arrived in care his carer noticed a small amount of reflux at times. After a vet check and xrays, Thomas and his sister were found to have megaesophagus. With good food and special medication their last Xray (2 weeks after the first Xray) showed improvement in their condition.
Thomas has more than doubled in weight in the last 3 weeks and just looking at him you would never know he has this condition.
Whoever adopts this gorgeous boy needs to know that he has this condition at the moment, which could get totally better, but he may also need to have medication and special care for life. Thomas is more than happy to take his medication so there isn’t any issues with that.
Thomas would be best suited to a couple or person who will love him and treat him as their favorite companion. And someone happy to continue any treatment he might need. His foster mum Joan is happy to discuss dietary requirements and medication and can assist with any questions.
His foster mum has given him a fabulous start to life and has done everything needed to ensure he can now lead a normal happy healthy life.
Thomas is in foster care in Mosman NSW and would love to find his forever family.

Our dogs and pups will only be adopted to homes where they are allowed inside to be part of the family. Real Estate approvals must state that this is permitted.�
* Opportunities for socialization outside the home? Whilst some of our dogs are best in only dog homes, most of our dogs have been provided with lots of socialisation and will need this to be ongoing.
* Work commitments? How long will the dog be on their own? �
* Why do you think this breed will be suitable for you? Breed type experienced owners will generally be given priority.
* Will you allow this pooch to live both inside and outside as part of the family? �
* Yard check will be done to confirm you have a fully fenced secure yard and adequate shelter when the dog or pup is outdoors.
Wally's Doggie Rescue put a lot of time and effort into ensuring our dogs/pups are sociable and made to feel part of the family, so in considering adoptions, these are the type of things we will be looking for in a new family. He/she will be desexed,1st and 2nd vaccination, microchiped, wormed and flea treated regularly and a health check done by our vet .
