Reasons to adopt Boston - a word from the humans...

Boston is a big gentle giant who tries really hard to please. He is an easy-going dog with a beautiful nature, and is gentle with children and other animals. He is receptive to food rewards and is able to sit on command and is beginning to learn how to shake and eat on command.

He would rather sleep outside on his dog bed than inside with us, which is great as he is a fantastic guard dog. He does need a gentle reminder that he is not a lap dog because he sometimes forgets he is not a Chihuahua.

We have been practicing walking with the harness and he is fantastic. He's also great with baths. He is really learning his manners and lets you know when he needs to go to the toilet.

I am a big lovable dog who sleeps with a teddy.

My favourite things in life are sitting next to people getting scratched on the head.
Treats, treats, treats. I will do anything for treats. I will sit, I am trying to shake hands and I am learning to eat on command.

Friendly - yes even the cat likes me. I started off a bit rough with her but one growl from the kitty and I learnt my place. The other dog who lives here is the boss - everyone listens and does what she says. We like to run around the yard chasing the tennis ball and playing with each other.

The humans in this house laugh at me all the time because of my big clumsy feet and because I am still a puppy they don’t seem to work very well.

I am a really good boy in the car and sit happily in my travel harness. I had fantastic behaviour at the vets - everyone loved me.

Also, I don’t snore.
