Emmie

Emmie is a gorgeous cheeky girl full of energy with lots of love to give, she gets so excited when you come home that she can hardly contain herself and bounces around. She loves exploring her surroundings, going for walks and sniffing all the sniffs!

Emmie would happily share her home with another confident feline friend but she would prefer to be the only dog in your home. She is building her confidence with car rides and slowly learning that they actually mean she is going somewhere fun!

She loves to sleep in her bed (or sneak onto yours if you let her) and she's a pro at going in and out the doggy door with only the occasional accident overnight. Sitting outside in the sun is an excellent afternoon activity, she finds sitting on humans laps and being picked up a bit weird but give her a comfy spot by your side and she is content.

Humans that are around more often than not and don't have too many people coming and going would be best for Emmie. Small children are a bit too scary so an Adult Only home is what Emmie would prefer.

**Application Process** When on the Pet Rescue profile push the "enquire about this pet" button. Follow the prompts to "send enquiry now" and in the message section please place information about the home you can provide. Include current/past pets and their breed, children including ages that live with you or visit, and any other information relevant to training/exercise/energy requirements. The information you provide helps us match the dog you've applied for to the most suitable home. We use this information in lieu of an application form. We do not take applications for dogs over the phone. We aim to reply to all applications within 5 business days. All of our dog meet and greets occur at the adoption center in Craigieburn.
