About Howie
*In foster care in Marrickville, Sydney*
If you’ve ever wondered where the saying 'curiosity killed the cat' came from, meeting Howie will set you straight! From laundry baskets to toes to Christmas trees, this beautiful boy loves nothing better than exploring the nooks and crannies of his foster home (and carers) :)
On the flip side of his personality, Howie has developed a real appreciation for life’s simple pleasures - sunny patches on the windowsill and a soft spot in bed alongside his special humans make him purr with delight.
Howie is available now for meet and greets, and will be ready to take home when all his kitten vet work is complete.

MY IDEAL HOME: The best way to keep me busy and entertained is to give me lots of toys to rumble with - and another feline friend would be the cherry on top! I don't need much else aside from the usual things - love, cuddles, warm places to sleep etc etc :)
MY ENERGY LEVEL: Heaps of play mixed with heaps of snoozing!
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: There aren't any children in my foster home, but I love when they come to visit - especially when they play with me!
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: Hanging out with my brother and sister is my favourite thing in the world! I can't get enough of their companionship, so I'd be deliriously happy if you have a nice cat or two in residence :)
Though I've not met any dogs yet, I'm really easy to get along with and reckon I'll be mates with your friendly pupper in no time!

Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
