About Lily *On Trial in Her New Home*
*LILY IS CURRENTLY TRIALLING HER NEW HOME - NO MORE ENQUIRIES/APPLICATIONS PLEASE* Meet lovely Lily! She’s described by her foster carer as a super affectionate and calm lady who loves pats, and may even try to cuddle up in your lap if she’s given half the chance. Lily can be a bit unsure around other dogs though luckily she enjoys her own company and is quite happy being an only dog. She gets along great with cats providing her feline friends with appropriate space before gently approaching them to offer a friendly lick.
Surrendered to us for rehousing, through no fault of her own, some of the things Lily likes include trotting around the backyard in search of treats, napping in the sun and happily skipping alongside you during walks around the block. Generally Lily is very quiet and placid but will bound around playfully when a ball is thrown – she loves a game of fetch!
As she is housetrained Lily would best suit an indoor/outdoor lifestyle and will sit contentedly on a mat or in a doggie bed with a favourite toy. She is not a needy dog and she doesn’t chew, dig or pull washing off the line so that’s a bonus too! Lily’s not at all yappy and will only bark for a reason making her a good watch dog.
Lilly has good manners and will sit and stay on command. She travels safely in vehicles and will jump willingly into a car. She’s not a fan of thunderstorms so copes best if she’s kept contained inside which is when her crate comes in handy.

Adoption details
Please Note: SARG and our animals for adoption are located in Mildura in North-West Victoria.
Our adoption process commences with completing an Application form which you'll find at: www.sarg.net.au
The Application is then reviewed, references checked and a yard check done, then, if there are no issues, a meet and greet is organised. If all goes well the last stage is a 28 day home-trial to make sure that everyone is happy.
If the trial is successful our “stray” is then officially considered adopted and the microchip transferred into the new owners name.
If anything goes wrong SARG will always take back one of our animals :)
