About Belle
The paparazzi were jostling for the front row, the flashing from their cameras was blinding, as coming onto the red carpet, looking absolutely stunning was The ""Belle"" of the Ball of Broome.
SAFE Broome was one of the lucky ones who managed to get an interview with beautiful Belle.
So Belle how has your life been since you have been in foster care?
""Well, all I can say is I love it. It is so good to get to spend my time with humans, as I love them more than anything. I think it's in my nature, being a staffie, people are just the best. I sometimes get a little stressed when I am left alone, but my human is teaching me that it is ok to be left alone, and I get time to relax in my special crate, it is my safe haven. I also find that a run in the morning and evening gives me things to think about, so I don't miss my people so much, you don't get a waist line like this without exercise you know!""
We hear that you have moved in with some new friends?
""Yes, I am currently living with 2 other females, and I know my place in the pecking order. It's great to have friends as you can learn so much from them, and make new situations a little less scary, but I do feel less confident when I go out on my own, but as long as I have my humans and a treat or 2 I will get used to it""
Rumour has it you are not always lady like?
""A girl has to have some down time you know, we can't be ladies all the time. When it is time to relax in the evening after meeting my adoring public, I like to watch some TV. I may just fall asleep and snore like an old man, but I will talk back to you in a typical Staffie way if you say it is too loud""
Belle, what do you have lined up in the near future?
""Well I am looking for a new place to crash, my human need to be kind and caring and understand what I need to make me even more special. I don't mind if there are children or other dogs to keep me company, as long as my people are just right, and are able to give me the love and care I deserve.""
If we can tear Belle away from the media frenzy, and find space in her busy diary, Belle would love to meet you so please apply today.
