About Miss Molly
Good Golly Miss Molly could you be any more of an amazing companion.
Fully house trained
Sits drops and shakes and not at all destructive
Molly (aka Wombat) is a 5ish year old blue healer with a heart of absolute gold. During her time in her foster home she has absolutely stolen the hearts of not only her foster mum & dad - but foster kids aged 12, 10 & 6. She loves nothing more than to just be where ever her people are, making sure everyone is happy. Molly is amazingly gentle with all of the kids and will not jump up on people, beds, or couches without an invitation. Her manners are beyond excellent when at home. She is fully house trained, absolutely perfect if left alone inside to chill in the air con on these scorching hot Melb days, understands her commands and will go lay on her bed and stay there when instructed. She loves nothing more than to chill out inside with her humans when you are home, so a house where she can feel loved and safe inside at times is a must. She will happily stay outside during the day if you are at work and will greet you with the biggest smiling face and excited butt wag upon your return. Molly is used to sleeping inside and is perfect at night only getting up to change sleeping locations from her bed to the cool tiles.
Molly will warn you of strangers approaching the house, however is happy to meet new visitors who come.
She is, however not a huge fan of balls or toys but does love the occasional silly run around the yard with you. Molly prefers to lounge her days away snoozing in your company, and if you share your toast crust with her...She will love you for life.
We would love to see Miss Molly go to a forever home where she is a valued part of the family, because boy does she have so much love to give!!
Molly is not good with cats 😚
Miss Molly will walk well on lead and sit at roads before crossing but does get very excited to see other dogs
We have found that using a correction chain you can ensure you walk her though the excitement or ask her to sit while the other dog passes
I have tested her with other dogs and found if introduction is done correctly she is very calm and relaxed but I feel that she would be better suited to an only dog home as she really likes to be the only one that is doted on
