About Sampson
SPECIAL NEEDS:
ASTHMATIC REQUIRING REGULAR VENTOLIN VIA SPACER
ONE EYE UNDER DEVELOPED
INDOORS ONLY
Hi I'm Sampson. I came into Rescue Me Whiskers & Paws several months ago after being found covered in oil with severe flu, lipid pneumonia and suffering anaemia due to toxicity from the oil. It is believed either someone poured it on me or I was dunked in it. I was hospitalised within 24 hours of being in care. I have had a very rough ride, but I am a much healthier and happier fellow now. However due to what happened to me I have scarred lungs and am an asthmatic. I have regular ventolin administered via spacer and I am very good at taking it. I will require regular vet check ups to monitor it. I also have one under developed eye that I was probably born with, but it doesn't cause me any issues. Due to all this my carers are looking for a very special home for me. My carers think my personality is as gorgeous as my looks. I absolutely adore my humans. I am the first to greet you and give you smooches. I am an extremely sweet, friendly, playful and affectionate BIG boy (ahem I weigh a mere 8 kilograms) who is always waiting to have cuddles, smooches, headbutt and purr. I love to snuggle up on the couch or bed with you. I happily live in foster care with other cats/kittens, dogs and my big and little foster carers. I am an incredibly handsome, sweet and happy super smoochy boy, who just loves to be with you. I love to lay next to you and have rubs. Or if your busy I'm happy to follow you around the house supervising what your doing. I am an INDOORS ONLY cat, but I love it best there because I feel safe and love being near my family.

Adoption details
All of our animals are placed into foster care in a family type environment, which allows them to be exposed to various environmental factors such as cats, dogs, children, visitors, noises etc.
All of our animals have a health assessment. They are desexed, microchipped, receive their 1st F4 vaccination or C4 vaccination and have parasite treatment prior to going to their new homes. Once ready for adoption we look to find our fosters the most suitable home environment depending on their personalities and needs.
