About Ochre
Ochre has a gentle, sweet, shy nature and he is very loving and affectionate; he always comes running up to his carer, purring loudly. Ochre enjoys being held in your lap receiving pats and scratches; he even presents you with his tummy for a rub! He is quite bonded to his brother, Oli, and it would be great for them to find their forever home together.
Ochre is looking for an indoor-only home with caring, patient owners that is willing to give him the time he needs to settle in his new home. He absolutely loves other adult cats in his foster carer's home and would be a great companion for an existing cat in your home.
Ochre is ready for his new home now. He is already desexed, microchipped and has had his 1st kitten vaccination. Ochre is waiting to meet you in Glenmore Park (5 mins from Penrith), NSW. Please call or text his foster carer if you would like to meet Ochre.

Our animals are rescued from various pounds and shelters and placed in Foster Care until a permanent home can be found. Our volunteer Foster Carers are located throughout Sydney, Australia and are only too happy to assist you.
DCH Animal Adoptions relies solely on our adoption fees and the generous support of the community to continue our rescue work. Many times, we are faced with large veterinary bills due to the illness and injury that comes along with looking after pound rescues.
If you would like to sponsor an animal or to donate to DCH to help us assist more animals in need, then please visit the following page:
