About Twinkle **2nd Chance Cat Rescue**
The health and safety of our foster carers, volunteers, animals, and visitors to the rescue is our main priority. Due to the State of Emergency that is now in place in Victoria, we will not be holding Adoption Days for a while. We will, however, have Meet and Greets in the carers homes so if you see a kitten you'd like to meet head to www.2ndchancecatrescue.com.au and fill out an application form. We can then forward it to the right carer who will contact you to arrange a time that suits you both to come and meet the kitten.
Twinkle will brighten up the dark night and we will miss him so much when he finds his forever home.
He is super affectionate, loves to play and spend time with you.
If it gets cold you will soon find him in bed under the blanket.
He does not meow but his little grunting noises can be classed as chatty and if you try to chat with him you will have a great conversation. Just don't ask what it was all about.
He loves his food.
He may hide under the bed when he meets you but as soon as you bring a toy out you are his best buddy.
Due to social distancing requirements and restrictions to people visiting households, we would request that only one member of the adoption party is permitted to visit during a meet and greet. Measures including hand sanitisers will be utilised before paperwork is signed to encourage infection control and session times will be set to a maximum of half an hour, thus ensuring your safety and the fosterer’s safety. Full payment in cash may be made at the property and will be handled by the foster carer with gloves and sanitised appropriately.
