About Norris
*SOUTH WEST REGION ADOPTION ONLY*
Adoption Fee: $175
This super cute little girl is Norris (known as Nori). She was very shy when she came to us but has gained lots of confidence. Nori is never far from her carer family whether on the computer, watching TV, or doing household chores, Nori will keep her people company. She's playful and likes to check out everything. She is particularly keen on 'helping' you tidy and will often be found moving items to another place in the home! Nori is still a shy girl around new people and will take some time to settle into any new home but if you have the patience, Nori will reward you by being a great companion. She's not a great fan of being picked up or having cuddles but loves to sit next to you, lay on your bed, and receive strokes, pats, scratches and rubs. We are sure when she finds her own special family and they spend lots of time with her, that Norris's confidence will grow and she will enjoy being part of the household.
Nori plays happily with balls, string toys, the cat tunnel and she also loves shinning up the cat tree to watch the world go by. She's fostered in a home with polite small dogs, other cats and a rabbit and is fine with them all. New foster pets are always enthusiastically followed around to check them out and welcome them to the home! We do feel with her shy nature that primary school aged kids aren't the best match for Nori but she should be ok in any other age household. She's litter trained.
Nori's wishlist would include access to a safe, enclosed outdoor area to catch some rays, whilst spending most of her time indoors.
If you have a quiet home and a bit of patience this sweet girl is worth the wait.
