Pound Dog: Old Man Blue

This poor old guy is sitting in a country pound and needs to find a home before thurs. He is in terrible condition, very thin and stiff possibly due to arthritis. He needs a home where he will receive the tlc no one has given him to ensure the rest of his life is lived in comfort.
