About Spike the Kitten
Hi hi hi! My name is Spike!
I am about 9wks old. I have a gorgeous short hair ginger coat. Little Spike is an energetic kitten (classic ginger) with a lot of confidence, affection and playtime up his sleeves! Spike ADORES everything, people, cats, dogs, food, the sun, sleeping, playing – ALL. THE. THINGS. He has a real zest for life and is FULL of beans. But! He can also be cute and calm and gentle.
Being a kitten, Spike is a very brave & inquisitive kitten! So Spike will get into everything he can reach! At this age Spike's personality is still forming every day and he is a beautiful little kitten with a lot of love and happiness to give in his forever home :) Spike loves to play, snuggle, curl up in your lap or perch on your shoulder and nuzzle your neck and face (till he's too large to do so! haha)
If you have the love and time required for a young kitten like Spike, please send through an enquiry ASAP as he would love to meet you and won't last long with that cute face! Spike is an indoor ONLY cat, he is crate trained at night time (so she sleeps well), is litter trained and has a great appetite (current he eats high quality dry + a mixture of raw meat & quality tin food).
Being a young energetic kitten he will need lots of fun stimulating and interactive toys and things to climb indoors and play on, think tunnels, scratch pads, large climbing poles, toys you can play and interact with them...
Spike would suit a home with a cat friendly calm dog, friendly cat or where he will be the apple of your eye (and you have the time for him because he LOVES to be around people) He loves everyone.
Spike is located in Footscray with his siblings; Willow [https://www.petrescue.com.au/listings/762827] & Buffy [https://www.petrescue.com.au/listings/762828] (also for adoption), another adult cat named Sylvie [https://www.petrescue.com.au/listings/756365 ] (available for adoption) and a calm cat friendly big dog who he is quite comfortable with – Spike is ready for a forever home now and his Christmas wish is to find a loving forever family.
Forever Friends Animal Rescue use your loving adoption fee to pay for this kittens vet work, this includes vaccination, microchipping, desexing as well as clear and worm treatment. The remainder of the vaccinations due this year (and ongoing) for Spike will be at the expense of his loving new forever family :)
