About Mizar
Mizar is an energetic and playful little boy who’s personality has exploded to the surface since coming into care and has stolen everyone’s heart along the way.
He’s shy at first, however a good tummy rub is always a winner. He loves his chew toys, finding bugs to chase, birds to round up and basically living life to its absolute max.
Mizar is still very young but picking up toilet training as an inside/ outside dog very well and has just started sleeping through the night. He is also becoming comfortable with his crate and even been known to put himself to bed for his midday nap. Of course if given the option he’d much rather curl up in bed with you.
He is currently in care with 3 other dogs, 2 cats and 3 children of various ages. He’s even been around horses and seems very comfortable and happy around everyone.
Mizar is learning so many new things, so patience and training are key to helping him build confidence and develop and he will require a family that is committed to his ongoing training, socialisation and happiness. As a working breed mix, he will need an active family that can meet his physical and mental stimulation needs.
Mizar doesn’t like to be left alone for too long so he’d love another playful dog for company and a big backyard for zoomies and playtime. His humans should be home most days if another dog is not around.
We feel that Mizar is best suited to being an inside / outside dogs with a soft, cozy bed inside to sleep on at night and should be given plenty of family time and of course, cuddles.
If you feel you can offer this stunning boy a great home full of activity, adventure and love, please apply by completing the adoption enquiry form via our Fetching Dogs website as the next step.

Don't see a breed attached to one of our dogs? That's because we don't breed label dogs of unknown genetic history. We can't guess at breeds but that's okay, because we can tell you about the dog's individual personality, character, and behaviour.
