About Cookie ~ 8-month old kitten
Cookie is an 8-month old black and white male who loves his food as well as yours!!
He is inquisitive and loves looking out the window at all the goings-on.
He is currently in a foster home with 3 other cats and an active teenager, so noise
isn’t an issue for him! He rolls around all the time trying to play with the older cat in
the household and loves to play with toys, especially ribbons.
Once he is comfortable with you, he loves getting pats and head scratches. When
you scratch his head, he leans right into it to the point of falling off the ottoman! He
likes to sleep in bed with you and can sometimes jump on your toes when you are in
bed. He is just a delightful boy!
As you can see, he is strikingly handsome and would suit a home with understanding
and patient guardians (owners) who can continue his socialization as he didn’t have
a good start to life. He would not suit a home with very young children.

Newcastle area and his adoption fee is $150. The adoption fee includes de-sexing,
microchipping and vaccination.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to fill in our online Adoption Questionnaire:

If there is a phone number listed in the dog's profile then you can also phone for more information.
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption. More details of our Adoption Procedure on our website: https://tinyurl.com/adoptproc
We prefer payment by funds transfer and don't accept cash or personal cheques.
