Kodiak

Little Kodiak has come a long way to be a Happy Tails man. He was found along with his Sister at a Refuse Tip in the Cairns area. Only 2 weeks old at the time and with no Mum both of them were given around the clock care from one of our Carers in Cairns. Little Kodiak was the weaker of the two siblings and took some time to flourish.

He arrived in Brisbane on road transport to be reunited with his Sister who had come down two weeks earlier. The little man was exhausted from his journey and found a little hidey hole in which to recoup for the first day. Once he was freshened up he resumed his life with his little Sister. The two of them have spent many hours just playing and having fun.

Kodiak's personality is beginning to shine through. He is bold and inquisitive but he can be so loving and cuddly. He likes to lie in your arms like a baby and have belly rubs. Like most kittens he loves to play and his playmates have included both cats and small dogs. His favourite toy is a small ball and many a time he has almost disappeared under the fridge trying to retrieve it.
