Hi I'm Frankie and I loooove running!
My foster mum says i have to explain to everyone that even though i'm x Kelpie I am little - like little!!
My favourite thing in the world is to go to the dog park and run around with all my friends - dogs and little humans alike. I'm suuuper fast, not many can catch me! I'll chase after a ball too - and sometimes give it back, but I prefer you chase me with the ball! I'm even learning how to do the agility course - it's a piece of cake! And I love to play tug-of-war with my lead, but my Foster ma says I can't do that anymore. 😞
I also loooove food! Especially meat and tasty bones and treats! I will sometime cry at you so you will give in to my cute puppy dog eyes and give me your food, but I'll never steal or snatch your food.
I'm pretty much house trained and know how to use a doggy door. I am a clever boy!
I will take a little time to trust you. And sudden unexpected movements and loud noises scare me. But I promise once I get to know you I will love you forever 🙂
I do like other dogs but do need to have a easy introduction to them - i don't mean to but if i get scared i give a little growl but then when we are friends I love to play.
My foster mum said I am a really good snuggler, it just took some time
Oh yeah and I should probably add I am not keen on water - so track for me probably not so much the beach!

Paw Prints Canine Rescue is a non for profit dog rescue located in Southeast Queensland.
All our dogs leave our care with full vet work (up-to-date vaccinated, microchipped, desexed, heart worm and intestinal wormed and flea treated)

Once an adoption enquiry is completed our admin team will assess the application and if successful we will arrange for a meet and greet to be completed. We may also request photos of your yard for consideration of your application. Please note that we will do no more than 3 meet and greets per dog.
If applying to adopt one of our furbabies over the age of 6 months we recommend that you bring to the meet and greet any of your furbabies to see how they interact.
Our adoption fee must be cleared in our bank account before any animal is available for pick up. Please note we bank with ANZ - any other bank may take 48 hours to process the monies.
Paw Prints Canine Rescue has a 2 week trial period – this basically means that if for any reason the adoption does not work out and the dog needs to be returned to us, the adoption fee minus an admin fee (minimum is $100) will be returned to the adoptees via bank transfer within 7 working days.
Please note that if an interstate adoption needs to be returned or regional adoption all transport cost with be paid by the adopter.
Please also note while this can be a very exciting time for everyone, it can also be an overwhelming time for dogs and we ask that you do try and allow your new family member to settle in their new home and adjust
INTERSTATE ADOPTIONS **
Any transport costs are to be paid by the adopting family, however we can assist you in helping with transport to airports etc.
** Please note some of our dogs are not available for interstate adoption
AFTER THE TRIAL PERIOD
After the 2 week trial period is completed Paw Prints Canine will send out all relevant paperwork for your new furbaby.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
The rescue group has removed this pet and it is no longer available for adoption.
