Fern is a stunning silver tabby who is a sweet and calm girl. Very pretty but also a little bit shy, Fern is going to need a semi-quiet home and a devoted human/s to help her build on her confidence.
Having spent much of her very early kittenhood surviving in people’s backyards, Fern and her brother Kit (also listed on Pet Rescue) didn't have much interaction with people. But having been in foster care for a little while now, Fern is getting used to living indoors and is warming up to being with people.
What Fern needs is lots of one-on-one time with her human/s, as well as the chance to prove that she really is a loving girl worthy of a safe and happy life.
Fern would be an ideal companion for a slightly older child (8 years+) who is wanting a sweet kitten to adore and grow up with. Fern can be picked up and cuddled and she would adapt well to family life. This lovely silver tabby girl will sit quietly beside you on the lounge to watch movies and drift off to sleep. She would not be suited to a household with very small children (0-8 years), though.
Fern is equally happy to spend time on her own and has been in foster care with a dog and adult cats, and she is not especially bothered by them.

Adoption details
HOW TO ADOPT FROM US:
1. Email dandycatrescue@yahoo.com and request an adoption form to be sent to you, fill it out and return it to us. We’ll be in touch!
2. Call us on 0413 938 250 for more information about your kitty of choice.
3. If your application is successful, we’ll make arrangements for you to visit our cats and kittens at our foster carer’s home
4. If your adoption is successful we ask that you pay the nominated fee to us in cash or via online bank deposit either at the adoption day or at the home visit. We do not accept eftpos, credit or debit card transactions at this stage.
5. You will be provided with a folder of paperwork for your new kitty which will include a Central Animal Records Change of Ownership form that must be completed and paid by you ($15 fee applies) no later than four weeks after the adoption.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
