Gabbie

GABBIE is a lovely, healthy 11 year old tabby cat. She has been overlooked on several occasions for fluffier or prettier cats but her carer has found her to be a lovely house cat and companion. She is easy care, affectionate and pretty cute once she settles in. She has been in care for quite some time and is very comfy where she is. However, her carer will be moving house soon and she is keen to find her a good home. Considering her age, it would be unfair to settle her at another carer's home to then be moved on again, so we are hoping to get her a good home quite soon. She sleeps on the foot of the bed all night, but always comes up to the pillow when her carer first goes to bed for a smooch and a pat. During the day she hangs around on the veranda, occasionally venturing a little further afield into the garden, or sits on the window ledge keeping her carer company in the kitchen and waiting for dinner. She does not hunt, does not like other cats much but has adjusted well to the fact that other cats are around. She was surrendered by a couple who also surrendered a small fox terrier type of dog so she is ok with dogs. Gabbie would make a great companion for a single person or couple, looking for an easy care and affectionate mostly indoor cat.
