Marshall

Marshall is a lovely little toy poodle. He has come to us as a surrender and spent the first couple of years of his life as a breeding dog. He has settled beautifully into family life, he is an adoring young man who loves his cuddles and to follow his owners around the house. Marshall is learning his house manners and will need to be gently taught with patience and loving guidance. Marshall loves nothing better than to curl up on your lap, your shoulder, in your arms, by your feet..... you get the picture! He just wants to love and be loved in return. Marshall's ideal home would consider him one of the family. He would very much love to be included in family activities and ideally someone would be at home to keep him company during the day/night. Very small children make him anxious so he would prefer to live with older children (school age and up) or a home without children. He is not a high energy dog but very enthusiastic! He loves his walks and is learning to walk on the lead. Marshall is possessive towards his human family and tends to dominate for affection if given the opportunity. He would benefit from training and is very quick to learn. Most importantly, if you are happy for Marshall to curl up next to you at night, keep him company, teach him gently, be patient and considerate of his past, he will make you the most amazing and loving little companion.
