About Bartleby

A tiny, beautiful boy, Bartleby the Brave (Bartleby for short) was the first of his litter to walk and the first to explore his surroundings. He has a stunning, super-soft black coat and the cutest pink paw pads. He's obsessed with playing and will make an amazing companion for just about any type of cat lover!
Bartleby is available now for meet and greets, and will be ready to take home when all his kitten vet work is complete.

MY IDEAL HOME: Simple, really - I'm looking for a wonderful single purrson, couple or family to commit to my love and care for life!
While I adore pats and cuddles, I also have a strong independent streak - so I'll do very well in a working household, as long as there are plenty of toys to play with.
MY ENERGY LEVEL: Typical kitten!
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I've spent a lot of time with two noisy, rambunctious little boys in my foster home, so I'm absolutely at ease with kids!
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I love my mama and siblings, so I'd love to be BFFs with your friendly cat! I haven't met any dogs yet, but I'm happy to give it a go.

We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at https://form.jotform.co/92940837256870. Please use this link rather than the 'Enquire' button on the pet's PetRescue profile to streamline your enquiry.
Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
