About Spike
Spike is the perfect gentleman. He is an 11 year old purebred Boxer who is ready for the retirement he so deserves.
After living outside his whole life Spike came into rescue, and what a surprise that he turned out to be the perfect, mannerly dog. His foster carer describes him as a "dream dog" and would have adopted him if her circumstances allowed!
Spike is good with kids, and lived with young children in his previous home. He is great with other dogs, and loves people. He had never lived indoors prior to rescue so has recently become toilet trained, you can teach an old dog new tricks!
He is gentle, and affectionate, great on lead, happy to chill at home while you work. Plus he has the most angelic face.
This beautiful old boy is looking for a family who will cherish him for his remaining years, and see that his final time is filled with the adoration that he missed out on in his younger years.
Spikes adoption fee includes desexing, microchipping and vaccination.
Medical notes
Spike is healthy for an old boy. He needs no hard food as his teeth are a bit worn.
