Hi My name is Beagsby

I'm 8 years young and very fit and healthy
I'm desexed, microchipped, worm, flea and tick preventive up to date.

Things have changed at my home and my mum can no longer look after me, she’s very sad but wants me to find a new perfect furever home so she called the guys at Beagle Rescue to help me out.
So about me:

I'm an inside/ outside dog so house trained
I am crate trained but not really keen on it
I have basic commands: sit, Stay, Laydown, Go. To eat, Drop it, Bedtime to go to bed

I'm very friendly with Adults and love to say hi, but I haven’t been around children so not sure what they are like or how I would react, but most probably just like with an adult

I have had a pug brother and he’s a bit of a bully I didn’t like that as I have a very sweet nature.
I would love another dog for company and to play with
I don’t like cats

I don’t dig but will take the opportunity to escape if you leave the gate or door open but then what beagle wouldn’t?
I will scratch to get attention or to go outside or come in
I hate getting my nails done so off to the vet I go
Loud noises and storms don’t bother me I'm very brave
I love being touched but not on my feet or to look in my mouth

Like most beagles I love my food and am I fast eater so maybe a slow bowl would be good

I don’t like being alone, and will seek out human company, I just like to have them around and know they are there for me.
I love being chased, sleeping on the couch

My mum said I'm stubborn, but what beagle isn’t?

I love the beach and dog park.

Well that’s all about me, now I need to find my new furever home and hopefully someone out there in Facebook land will be my new mum/Dad.
