About Ghost
AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION
GHOST | 3 yrs old | Siberian Husky
Located Melb
Our beautiful Ghost is ready to find his perfect forever family. We can’t say enough how delightful and just adorable he is. We are so happy and proud of how well he has done in foster care and happy we can be apart of his journey.
Ghost is packed with love and affection, unconditionally loving once he knows what he needs to do to make you happy, he goes all out to do it.
He’s a clever lad, and once you’ve figured out how to communicate with each other, you’ll enjoy every minute with him. Ghost is obedient and has lots of tricks in his furry pockets, such as sit, drop, stay, wait, walk, go (release command), come, stop (to calm him down of stop him doing anything undesirable).
Ghost learns quickly and we know he’ll do best in a home where he’ll be mentally stimulated. He needs consistent boundaries (he can be a loose cannon if left entirely to his own devices) and he needs mental challenges even more than physical exercise.
A short walk a day satisfies him and he walks well on lead. Like most huskies, he can get a bit excited, but he’s a total people-pleaser and has shown the ability to learn and is improving quickly.
He’s a quiet dog who has learnt how to deal with primary aged children, loves to sleep by the bedside of someone in the family, and adores learning new things. We know he’ll make an intelligent, loving and very adorable addition to a household.
Ghost can be an only dog as long as his humans are around more often than not and make him a part of their lives. Ghost would also suit a suitably sized canine companion, even better if it’s a husky as he tends to favor his own breed. He is fully house trained and very accustomed to being inside, this needs to continue in his new home.
