About Sunny
Sunny is a gorgeous young girl who loves to snuggle, sniff & have a good run around. She’s very friendly with dogs, cats and uber friendly and affectionate with people. To the point of wanting to lay next to strangers & snug in with them on the beach. Hugs are her favourite thing & vocal yarning whilst stretching first thing in the morning.
Sunny is happy pooch. She knows how to play with toys now, is getting training on how to walk properly on a leash and her recall is improving but needs more consistent work. Loves beach time, dog park plays & play time with her human. She has good speed, strength & power so would make a great runny buddy, trail runner buddy and a friend to join you for long walks. Sunny is learning to chill & entertain herself when her human carer is doing things, and also crate training for the evenings sleep. To not only give her time to herself & learn to sleep solo but to assist in getting her house trained.
Sunny loves attention, snuggles on the couch before bed, affection from everyone, playing with her toys, chewing on bones & is a easy no fuss eater. She’s certainly one happy, playful, gentle girl with a love me, hug me, pat me, I need to put my paw on your leg, kind of pooch.
If you love walking, play time, snuggle time and a pooch to spoil, then Sunny is your girl!
Adoption details
All adoption enquirers must fill in an adoption form that we will send you if you email us at CQanimalsociety@outlook.com. Due to the high volume of animals on death row, our own familes, and paid jobs, we will endeavor to answer your enquiry as quickly as possible.
All our adoptions tend to be local, but we have connections all over QLD so are more than happy to consider all serious adoption enquiries. A house/yard check will be done if we can get a local member (if adoption enquiry is not Rockhampton based) to assist. Please note that we will be treating any potential adoption with the upmost care as the animals safety and welfare is our number one concern.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
