About Nickel
Nickel is a family man looking to be your newest edition! Loving to be around everyone and anyone, he'll make sure you know he's there for all the attention and pats he can get. But if you can't be there to scratch his belly 24/7, he's going to need another furry friend to keep him company! He gets along well with other dogs, cats and even birds. This chunky boy is also big on food; he doesn't mind sharing with other humans (big and small) but can get a little cranky if his fur mates want to share. Nickel leads a low to moderately active lifestyle, he loves to play with toys and other dogs but is more than happy to relax by your feet for hours on end.
He's fully toilet trained, runs up and down stairs and currently lives an inside/outside life.
Adoption details
All adoption enquirers must fill in an adoption form that we will send you if you email us at CQanimalsociety@outlook.com. Due to the high volume of animals on death row, our own familes, and paid jobs, we will endeavor to answer your enquiry as quickly as possible.
All our adoptions tend to be local, but we have connections all over QLD so are more than happy to consider all serious adoption enquiries. A house/yard check will be done if we can get a local member (if adoption enquiry is not Rockhampton based) to assist. Please note that we will be treating any potential adoption with the upmost care as the animals safety and welfare is our number one concern.
