About Gherkin ~ 7 week old Kitten
In our household, Gherkin is affectionately known as "Pocket Kitty". Much like her nickname suggests Gherkin is a little pocket rocket who loves to play and run around the house at a hundred miles an hour.
When she's not eating she loves the company of people and will constantly seek out the attention of those close to her. She loves to sit in laps and will make sure she grooms your face no matter what you do to try and stop her. She has a very loud purr and will purr non stop when she has your attention.
She loves trying to cuddle with the resident dogs and cat even though they don't let her. She also likes the company of young children as they have the same energy levels at her. Gherkin is available to an indoor-only home.
If you’d like to meet Gherkin please fill in an application form https://form.jotform.co/93127959159875. If you have questions you can send an e-mail to sarahkdebenham@gmail.com
Gherkin is in foster care in Port Stephens, NSW. Her adoption fee includes vaccinations, microchip and desexing which will all be completed before adoption.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to fill in our online Adoption Questionnaire:
https://tinyurl.com/drnadopt
If there is a phone number listed in the dog's profile then you can also phone for more information.
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption. More details of our Adoption Procedure on our website: https://tinyurl.com/adoptproc
We prefer payment by funds transfer and don't accept cash or personal cheques.
