Pound Dog:Grumpy Gramps Needs Foster/Adoption

This sweet old guy has been nicknamed "grumpy gramps" and is currently sitting in a country pound hoping for a reprieve. His story is so frustrating. . His owner had him from a pup but never had a properly fenced yard and every now and then gramps would go for a wander and get picked up by the ranger. . This time, instead of fencing him in. . His owner surrendered him because he wouldn't bail him out again!!
so gramps needs a wonderful carer or forever home asap. He is your typical old man. . Low maintenance, sweet and just looking for a nice family to love him. The ranger thought he was great, he travelled on the front seat with another pup and has not caused any problems although he is probably wondering what on earth is going on. He needs a bit of tlc as his ears are flea bitten and he could do with a bath!
