Skylar - Dane x 12 months old

Skylar our 12 month old, Great Dane mix is ready for her forever home and is ready to learn exactly what it means to be a loved member of the family. 💜

When Skylar first arrived at our shelter she was extremely timid, scared and thin.😔 Our staff here at the shelter have worked closely with her and have started to bring her out of her shell (and up on the scales). We were happy to find Skylar is actually a very playful and affectionate girl underneath that initial fear. While she’s still quite weary of strangers, if she has a confident and caring human with her, she warms up immediately! 🐶☀️

Skylar is looking for an experienced owner that is patient and confident with large dogs, who can give her plenty of attention, training and daily exercise.

Skylar would suit a calm and mature home with a safe and secure backyard with plenty of room for her to hoon around in.
