Bernie has such a sweet, pleasant nature, he is everyone and everything friendly, a very passive boy, nothing really fazes him.

He is very well mannered and knows basic commands, he walks well on a lead and says a quick hello to anyone/any dogs he passes. He is gentle when stepping onto/over things and taking things from your hand but he can be a little clumsy and can knock things over by accident when he gets excited, he will greet you at the door with a whole body wiggle of excitement, he truly is just the sweetest boy.

Bernie is toy motivated, and loves to play. His favourite things in the world are rope toys and balls, he’d fetch all day if you let him. When playtime is over he loves spending time with his humans, he will be your shadow and loves having a cuddle on the couch, all 30kgs of him. He is medium to large in size.

He is looking for a home with another dog that he can play with as he is not used to being alone.
