About Milo
*In foster care in Sydney*
Milo is his foster parents' little darling! The love and affection he gives when feeling happy and secure is well worth the short time it might take to earn it.
This lovely fellow is a wonderful housemate - providing easy-going company whether you're making dinner or watching TV. At night, he loves to snuggle in bed with his foster parents, making himself nice and toasty on their feet :)
Like all Maggie's pets, Milo is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: I'd adore living with another friendly dog, though I'd be just as content on my own I think. As long as there's plenty of play and bonding time with my special humans, I'll be delighted.
While I do enjoy having a backyard to run around in, apartment living would be absolutely fine - as long as I get a nice daily walk!
MY ENERGY LEVEL: I'm still very young, so my energy levels are high! I'll need interactive play and a decent walk every day, before crashing out somewhere cosy for a long, restorative snooze.
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I haven't met any children since coming into foster care. I do tend to telegraph my discomfort - but adult supervision is probably a good idea when I'm hanging out with younger kids, especially during meal times when I need to be left in peace.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I'm a really social lad who's definitely keen to make some other doggy friends! I'm probably not the best match with cats though, as I'm a bit of a barker and a chaser - which is fine by ME, just not with them!

Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
