Meerkat

Hi there, I'm beautiful Meerkat and I arrived at the shelter as a lost girl and sadly my family weren't able to come and get me.

I'm now waiting for a new family to fall in love with me and take me home.

I've been told I'm a super sweet girl who loves to hang out with her people.

I'd love a family who promise to treat me like a true family member and include me in as many family activities as possible. A big daily walk (I do need to practice walking on the lead), trips to the park or beach plus some playtime in the backyard will make me a very happy girl.

I'm hanging out with my best doggie friend at the shelter and I'm happy to play with him all day. If you already have a best friend at home for me please bring them in so we can all make sure we get along. I appear better with smaller dogs rather than big dogs. I have to be honest and tell you that I don't particularly like big dogs that are very excitable and bouncy.

I can already sit on command but I'd love to learn more doggie manners so I can be the best dog I can.

I've been told that I can't go to a home with any livestock or rabbits/guinea pigs. However, I may be ok to live with cats but a slow introduction is always recommended so we can take our time getting used to each other.
