About Daisy
I’m Daisy and I’m 3 years old. I’m a clever, fun, affectionate girl looking for a loving home. Yes, I know I am very beautiful! The prettiest blue colour, slender and petite. I’ve always lived with kids but I know this life can be busy. So long as you have the time for my 45 minute walk every day, I’m more than happy to share a home with the little people. Actually, once I’ve got my beans out I’m your standard couch potato and ready for a nice long nap. I’ve not lived with cats and unless you have a super confident ‘dog savvy’ cat AND you’ve successfully integrated an energetic girl like me into your home before, it might be a bit much to ask.
I have some awesome larger sized doggy friends that I rough and tumble with. I had an annoying time with a little fluffy when I was younger and so my tolerance for any yapping little fluffies is much lower than it used to be.
I’m very used to being inside with my family and demand this continue! I’m happy to be respectful and accept my allotted couch time and hop off when asked. I can be content in the backyard during the day once I’ve had my exercise but don’t under estimate me – I’m not an escape artist as such, but I can open a lever handle door to come find you.
I’m pretty clever for Great Dane if I don’t say so myself. I’d love to learn some new tricks and I confess my lose leash walking needs some work. If you’re in the training mode and want a keen student, that’s me! Just to keep it interesting for you, I’m not food motivated but I’m still banking on you teaching me not to bounce when I see other dogs.
Like any pooch, my goal in life is to be the centre of the home, get out and about with my family everyday only to retire home to the couch for cuddles. If I’m being totally honest it’s all about the cuddles really, I LOVE cuddles!
