Furr-Gee

Hello, I'm big gorgeous Furr-Gee and I found myself at the shelter when I got lost and sadly my owners didn't come looking for me.

I a big gentle girl who loves to hang out with people getting lots of love and attention. I can be a bit shy when first meeting new people but I do warm up quickly and will show you my sweet personality.

Due to my shy nature and my fear of loud noises it's recommended that I don't go to a home with small children as they may accidently scare me. I also may have a fear of thunderstorms and fireworks so my new family will need to make sure I feel safe during these occurrences.

Being a big girl I need a big secure yard to ensure I'm always safe at home and don't get lost again.

I've met some doggos at the shelter but I prefer to be on my own as I'm not sure how to react to them and tend to be a bit defensive. Due to this I need to be the only pet you have but I'd love a family who will help me become a social girl in the future.

I love to go for walks but I can be a bit strong on the lead so walking me with a harness or halti will help to teach me to slow and enjoy my walks.
