The easiest way to describe Jasper is loveable. This guy is so sweet. He is a pound rescue who is just so happy to have a home.

Jasper is a very quick learner and so eager to please his humans! He isn't a barker. He has only ever let out 1 big woof as protection when there was a stranger at the back fence.

When he first came into care he was a little hesitant as to what "normal" behaviour was allowed. He is still very much a puppy and is quickly learning that it is ok to play at play time, It is ok to play with toys supplied.. It is ok to ask for a belly rub if we are hanging out together. Since Jasper thrives from pleasing his foster parents he is learning very quickly simple commands like sit, stay and down.

His foster mum can't wait till he has recovered fully from his desexing so we can start obedience training! He likes to talk to the neighbouring dogs through the fence and shows zero aggression.

We have done some little walks and he walks well on a lead. He is a very excited to see you in the morning or when you come home from work and school, but we are working on the bouncing that is involved in his hello and he is improving daily.

Jasper loves kids and would suit a family who can spend quality time with him and are willing to have lots of cuddles and give lots of belly rubs, or a home with another playful doggie to keep him entertained.
