Darling Sweet Buttons

Buttons is a beautiful one-year-old girl with a gentle and curious nature, so named because of her spotted and striped coat.

Having lived the first half of her life on the streets, she’s not a picky eater and is grateful for every meal.

After months of love, affection and hearing humans sing (yes, she loves her ballads), she’s now a confident and trusting cat who struts around like she owns the place.

She loves head massages, chin scratches and belly rubs, and is ready to discover the wonders of cuddling from a loving forever family who has abundant patience.

Buttons is a shy but highly intelligent cat who has learned that “yum yum yum” means meal time and “kiss kiss” means touching your finger with her nose. She enjoys eating treats from your hand.

She loves playing with her wand toy and has amazed her foster mum and dad with her aerial acrobatic manoeuvres, which have been dubbed “Buttons McTwists”.

Buttons has a tonne of love to give and has steadily blossomed, impressing everyone with how far she’s come.

While she has made huge progress, she has a couple more challenges to conquer, like trusting visitors and being held.

She loves her lazy mornings when she can sprawl on the couch and bask in the sun. She can keep herself entertained for a long time with her toys and hanging ropes.

When she’s deliriously happy she rolls around her back, showing off her gorgeous spotty belly. We hope when she’s settled down in her forever home, she’ll be showing them off regularly to her new family.
