On Hold
Blink is a special young man who came to us recently. A young slightly shy Australian Cattle Dog. He does not like men or strangers. He loves playing ball but is not obsessive about it. He would be great as a loyal companion and friend for a single female who needs someone to protect her and her property. He seems fine with all the dogs we have introduced him to so far. He is fine with humans outside his yard but is very protective of anyone coming into his yard. You can walk him in the street have him play in the park but at home he protects his owner and her property. He is a little cautious with humans until he gets to know you. He has been desexed microchipped and immunised. 953010002009360
HappyPaws Haven is fussy about who adopts these animals and where they are housed and cared for. The adoption criteria is documented as a questionnaire and strictly adhered to. We do not adopt animals to people who rent unless they are long term rental at the same address and have landlords written permission.
We ask if they have thought about the attributes they want in a dog, lifestyle, childrens ages, prepared to train, etc. We also talk about responsible pet ownership, fully fenced yards, hours unattended etc. and finally a vet reference.
