Gucci is a loving cheeky little girl, she loves cuddles, pats, kisses and outside play. She is super affectionate, really enjoys human interaction and is showing early signs of high intellect and responsiveness to training. Being a Kelpie x Jack Russell, they are naturally very clever and show fascinating traits such as 'rounding up' our 10-year-old Maltese cross. She enjoys chewing on a tasty pigs ear or various toys and items found in our backyard like yukky snails. Gucci has a beautiful silky coat, it would not take her long to be house trained and sleeps all night. She only barks at our cat or if the neighbouring dog sets her off. She loves jumping in our bed in the mornings, getting warm under the covers or cuddling on the couch of an evening.
Gucci spends plenty of her time playing with her Sister 'Dolce' and finds ways to entertain each other (toys, chasing games and jumping). She loves everyone, is very friendly and follows you around the house. She displays many traits of a Kelpie, digs to hide her bone, zooms around the yard and is very adventurous. Gucci’s foster family consists of a female Maltese X (aged 10), male cat, two children (aged 5 & 9) and two adults. She has shown playful cheeky affection to all of us equally and is happy to sit or follow us around curiously. She has been sleeping inside by evening in a crate, plays by day inside or outside.
Gucci's ideal home would either be with a family who's keen on spending plenty of activity time day to day, walks and toys. She is quite petite now, may grow into very small kelpie size, she is quite active and would love to play with someone whom has energy or have a small male canine playmate. Gucci will need to attend puppy school and will thrive with an active home environment. She has displayed beautiful manners and will appreciate love and affection.
