On Hold
Meet Gene! This lovely girl is the definition of an affectionate, needy, lap cat. "Pat me, pat me, pat me" is running through Gene's mind constantly. When she is not busy trying to get your attention she enjoys wondering around but is a little cautious with new things, so will need a quiet place of her own to retreat to and regain some confidence. Consequently, Gene would be best suited to a household with older children who can give her the stimuli she requires, without overwhelming her. She would also be best going to a home without any other pets, so that she can have ALL your attention to herself! Her coat will need regular grooming, as it is prone to matting when neglected! If you think Gene might be the one for you, please come in and say hello today!
